BlueFlow
Take today’s Flow Check

Privacy Policy

This page explains how BlueFlow (operated by DTias Inc.) handles information in its current checks, analytics, and pre-registration. Your selected check answers are saved in your browser; result labels and some usage information are sent to analytics. Mirror Report pre-registration sends your contact details and the information described below to our server.

1. Information saved in your browser

We use localStorage for your selected answers to the 4-question Daily Flow Check and 14-question Full Flow Check, results, usage logs, and Daily reflection responses. After Full Flow Check pre-registration, your email, name, and note are also saved locally to restore the registration confirmation. Language preference, attribution information, and a session identifier are also stored in your browser.

Pressing the Mirror Report pre-registration button saves the entered email, name, note, and related form information in a browser usage log, whether or not submission succeeds. In the Flow Channel beta, using the pre-registration email link also saves your name, email, entered Flow Type, and reflection topic in your browser, even if you do not send the email.

The individual choices you select in the 4- and 14-question checks are not sent to our server or Google Analytics by the current check-completion or Mirror Report pre-registration flows. Result labels and next-day reflection responses are sent as described next.

2. Information sent to analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. Starting when a page loads, it collects page views and usage information such as device and browser details, whether or not you pre-register. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies.

  • Daily actions such as completing or retaking a check, and the resulting condition label (such as attention or recovery).
  • Full Flow Check actions such as completion or pre-registration, and the resulting Flow Type and condition label.
  • Your selected response to the next-day question about whether yesterday’s experiment helped, and its associated condition label.
  • Page views, link clicks, and use of pre-registration buttons.

Our implementation does not include your email, name, or free-text note in these Google Analytics events. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on is available for supported browsers.

3. Pre-registration and inquiries

When you submit the Mirror Report pre-registration form, it sends your email, optional name and note, resulting Flow Type and condition, language, source and campaign information, and session identifier to our server. The server saves these in a database along with the User-Agent information sent by your browser.

We use Cloudflare servers and a database to receive and manage pre-registrations. When an operator notification email is sent, we use Resend and include the email, name, note, Flow Type, condition, language, and source and campaign information.

The current Flow Channel beta pre-registration uses your email app. Its prepared email includes your name, email, entered Flow Type, and reflection topic; the operator receives it when you send the email. We also receive the information you send when contacting us.

4. How we use information

Browser information restores results, history, and registration confirmations. Pre-registration information supports registration management, launch invitations, and responses to inquiries. Analytics helps us understand which pages and features are used, improve the service, and assess demand.

5. Mirror Report development and AI

The Mirror Report is in development. AI may assist in its preparation, but the division of work between people and AI, the AI services used, information sent to them, and retention periods are not yet finalized. We will explain the production process and data handling before accepting purchases.

6. Access, correction, and deletion

To review, correct, or request deletion of information received by our server or email, contact [email protected]. You can erase locally stored information by clearing this site’s browser storage. Clearing browser data does not also delete previously sent pre-registration or analytics data.
