- Prices
- BlueFlow Mirror Report: US$12. Flow Channel beta: US$19/month. Both are in development; pre-registration locks these launch prices. Any price change will be shown on the purchase screen.
- Charges other than the product price
- Internet connection and communication fees are borne by the user.
- Payment methods
- To follow the payment service connected at launch. During the pre-registration phase, no payment is collected.
- Delivery
- After launch: the Mirror Report is delivered by email within 48 hours of payment confirmation, in principle. Flow Channel beta onboarding is sent by email after payment confirmation. Pre-registered users receive a launch invitation first.
- Cancellations and refunds
- Due to the nature of digital reports, refunds after delivery are not accepted in principle. Cancellation conditions, renewal dates, and refund terms for the monthly service will be finalized and displayed on the purchase screen before sales begin. Pre-registration is free and can be withdrawn at any time by email.
